Refund Policy

The short version: If you ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment, we will refund the full amount — no questions asked. After 7 days, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, but past payments are non-refundable.

We stand behind AICostPass. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of your first subscription payment, we will refund the full amount you paid. No questions asked, no hassle.

You don't need to give us a reason. Just email us within 7 days and we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The money goes back to the same card or payment method you used to pay.

To get your refund within the 7-day window:

We process refunds within 5 business days. The refunded amount appears on your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. How to cancel (stop future charges)

You can cancel at any time — you don't need to wait for the 7-day window:

Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan automatically.

If we introduce annual billing, annual charges are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused full months, but only within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual charges are non-refundable but you can still cancel to prevent renewal.

7. What about chargebacks?

If you have a billing issue, please email us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve issues quickly (usually within 24 hours) and chargebacks can delay the process. Paddle (our payment processor) handles all chargeback disputes on our behalf.

8. Refund abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, repeatedly subscribing and refunding to use paid features for free. This is extremely rare. If it happens, we'll email you first to understand the situation before making any decision.

9. Currency and taxes

All prices are in USD. If your payment was converted to a different currency by your bank, the refund is converted back at the exchange rate on the refund date, which may differ slightly from the original charge. Taxes collected at checkout (handled by Paddle) are refunded in full.
