AICostPass is a tool that helps freelancers and agencies track AI API spend per client project, apply a markup, and export billable line items. We calculate costs using publicly listed pay-as-you-go token prices from each AI provider.
Token prices change frequently. We update our pricing table regularly, but we cannot guarantee it matches the provider's current price at any given moment. Always verify the final amount against your provider invoice before billing a client. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you invoice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle (our payment processor). You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location and are added at checkout by Paddle.
We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of payment for your first subscription charge. If you're not satisfied with AICostPass within the first 7 days, email [email protected] and we'll refund the full amount. After the 7-day window, monthly charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. See our Refund Policy for full details.
You are responsible for keeping your AI provider API keys secure. Since we never store them on our servers, any misuse of your keys occurs outside our system. Use admin-level keys only where required and rotate them regularly. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your AICostPass account credentials and 2FA.
Don't use AICostPass to violate any provider's terms of service, to misrepresent costs to your clients, or to attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform. Suspended accounts lose access immediately on every request, not just in the UI.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for billing errors, lost data, or business decisions made based on cost estimates. Your usage data is stored in your browser; we cannot recover it if lost. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
AICostPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to active accounts at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
